  • What should I wear?
    The dress code for the gala is formal attire.
  • I have a dietary restriction/request… what do I do?
    Please email us at BTMGala@nmdp.org by Friday, September 16 for us to accommodate any dietary restrictions.
  • Is parking available?
    Parking is available inside the Renaissance lot entrance on 5th Avenue South.
  • What form of proof of vaccination is accepted?
    Guests will be asked to show proof of vaccination upon entering The Depot event space. Vaccination forms accepted: physical CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or image, electronic verification or app, or equivalent.
  • What if I have a medical exemption from vaccination?
    If you have a medical reason to not be vaccinated, you will be required to provide documentation from your healthcare provider.
  • What age is required to show proof of vaccination?
    18 years of age and older.
  • Do I have to be up to date on my COVID-19 vaccination(s) to enter the 2022 Be The Match Gala?
    You are only required to show proof of the primary vaccine series.
  • Does a negative COVID test prior to arrival permit me to attend?
    No. All attendees must show proof of vaccination – a negative COVID test cannot be used for entry.
  • Are Masks Required?
    Masks are encouraged, but not required.
  • What if I am not feeling well?
    We ask that if you are not feeling well that you stay home, in efforts to keep all guests healthy and safe. If you have a ticket assigned to your name, please notify us at BTMGala@nmdp.org to update your registration.
  • What if I am not vaccinated?
    You can still watch the 2022 Gala program from the comfort of your home – please register here.
  • How do I pick up my silent auction items?
    Please stop by the Check Out location prior to departing the gala. We will make sure you leave with your items and/or certificates and confirm your credit card is on file for payment. If you have won a silent auction item remotely, we will contact you regarding pick-up opportunities or shipping information.
  • What payment methods do you accept for auction or donation?
    Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express are preferred; for east of check out please add your payment information to your OneCause account prior to arrive at the gala.
