Why register?

By RSVP’ing to the event you will be sent updated event information, access to the online auction and bidding information!

I have a partner/spouse who will be participating with me virtually. Do we need to register separately?

No – it is not necessary to register separately. If you will be utilizing the same payment method for the silent auction or donations, however if you choose to bid against each other.. we would suggest registering separately with your individual accounts.

What should I wear?

You are encouraged to dress up and have fun! Make it an evening to look forward to and celebrate, leave your sweatpants behind! Show us your Gala from home look on Instagram and tag @bethematch and #BTMGala

When will my credit card be billed for the auction item(s) I purchased?

You can expect your credit card to be billed the following week. We like to make sure we have everything confirmed and squared away on our end before we process your payments.

Do I have to pick-up my silent auction items or can they be mailed to me?

For those that are local to the Twin Cities, MN area we will offer Auction item pick-up times at Be The Match headquarters (dates and times will be communicated with guests). For national winners, we will be sending the items via FedEx the following 1-2 weeks. Thank you for being patient with us.

Sharing on social about the event?

We encourage our partners, sponsors and attendees to spread the word about the Be The Match Gala within your networks. Our team has put together social media share packages that we can send to you if you are interested. Please reach out to BTMGala@nmdp.org for more information!
